I'm Andy Christopher, an instructional designer and performance consultant
I partner with teams in complex, fast-moving environments to reduce onboarding friction and execution variability. My focus is designing learning experiences and performance support that match real workflow conditions so people can apply what they learn on the job with confidence.
My approach combines stakeholder alignment, frontline discovery (job shadowing, process mapping, and persona work), and disciplined content development. The result is training and documentation that scales, stays accurate over time, and supports consistent performance across roles.
